Using a reflection in a mirror and changing the background I produced this, unfortunately, because the main pic was from a mirror and quite dark, with my limited skills, I couldnt get it to be very clear so its quite grainy. But its just a scrap of an idea, maybe later down the track i'll do a better one similar to it ?!

The line on my chest was there because im thinking of getting a tattoo- "You can only gain from what you give" written cursive and in reverse (so you can see it in the mirror). I'm still tossing up with this idea though ^_^ It would also be straight rather than curved like in the pic.
